Hi.. Ive been getting in my router this message about the cache being lost,
It is very strange because the machine running squid is directly
connected to a
fast ethernet with a crossover cable...

I'm running:

Squid Cache: Version 2.5.STABLE1
configure options: --prefix=/usr/local/squid
--enable-err-language=Spanish --enable-cache-digests --enable-htcp
--enable-snmp --enable-carp --enable-linux-netfilter
--enable-removal-policies=heap --enable-storeio=diskd,ufs
--enable-gnuregex --enable-memory-pools --enable-asyncio
--enable-delay-pools

with:
Linux cache01-proxy-cache 2.4.18-3smp #1 SMP Thu Apr 18 07:27:31 EDT
2002 i686 unknown

the server has 2 GB of physical memory and 2 PIII 1.13Ghz CPUs,.... I'm
running DISKD ...

Whenever the router sends a CACHE-LOST message, active connections are
broken...

does any of you guys have any idea where I should start looking??

thanks..
