 That should not happen , make sure that ignore-reload is not used
 as an option to the 'refresh pattern' statement , in squid.conf,
 if used.

 Check ie_refresh option in squid.conf, see whether the relevant
 comments could apply to your case.

 To verify correct operation off the cache, make tests with
 other browsers too.
