Yes. You can make acls both on individual users or based on groups.

To create per-user acls use the proxy_auth acl type (takes a list of
usernames to match).

To create per-group acls, use the wb_check_group external_acl helper
shipped with Suqid. For further instructions see the wb_group
documentation which can be found in
helpers/external_acl/winbind_group/readme.txt.
