The original poster was inquiring about v2.5S1 packages suitable for use
on Red Hat v7.x (see above). See also the contents of this directory,
the name of which suggests that the appropriate SRPMs can be found here:

These is no 2.5S1 SRPM in this directory, only a v2.4S7 SRPM.

That's why I wrote the reply above. A 2.5S1 SRPM surely does exist on the
swelltechnology site, as does a RH 8.0 SRPM. But the desired package,
v2.5S1 for RH 7.x, apparently exists only as a binary RPM.
