[squid-users] Ip Filter Header Files

Hello List,

  i want to configure squid as transparent caching. when i compile
with enable option i am getting warning message stating that
    cannot find necessary ip-filter header files transparent proxy
support will not be enabled.

   then i download ip-filter package from
http://coombs.anu.edu.au/ipfilter/

    then what command should i use to install that package on Red
Hat Linux Version 7.2 .
