Certain sites seem to add '?whatever' crap to url's just to keep them from
being cached despite the fact they aren't really dynamic content. Is there
a way I can configure these url's to cache anyway? An example of such a
site would be groups.yahoo.com and their image galleries. Some of their
tech support groups have a lot of large pictures of board layouts and
stuff and having to redownload them every time is a major pain.
