[squid-users] problem of catching password delay

hi,

I have a problem with passwords that seems to be catched by squid.
I have put chpasswd.cgi for users to change their passwords , it works well.
But the changes are not effective until I restart SQUID !?
I do not understand cause the password file is a text file and the
change should
be effective immediatly, no ?

Is there a way to make changes of password taking effect immediatly or
with a
resonable time ?
