[squid-users] refresh-pattern bug?

I'm using squid Version 2.4.STABLE7, and i have the following line in
squid.conf:
  refresh_pattern . 0 20% 4320 ignore-reload

It doesnt seems to works though, because I found the DIRECT line in
access.log:

TCP_REFRESH_HIT/200 12345 GET http://foo.com/ - DIRECT/a.b.c.d

To me it means squid indeed forwared the refresh request to upstream
server. Am i missing anything?
