On Linux for Intel/x86 signal 25 is SIGXFSZ "File size limit exceeded".
Most likely one of your log files have reached the magic 2GB file size
limitation of 32 bit computers.
Make sure your logs are periodically rotated. See the Squid FAQ on how
to set up log rotation.
As a temporary aid, manually rotate the too large files (usually
access.log).
