 I would hope so ! Unless the program is too good ... :-)

 Seriously, if Linux is used in combination with standard rpm's
 for squid, then related rpm 'removal' commands could be used
 to get rid of a squid installation.

 Otherwise it probably comes to just 'rm-ing' withever dirs
 squid was installed in (after stopping sqid).
