[squid-users] pid problem

I upgraded to version 2.5 to the the hosts file option. It works great
except there is some problem I think with the pid file or something. No
matter what, when I try to shut down, I get the error squid is already
started. If I try to restart, I get the same thing. Webmin has option to
start it when it's already started. And stop it when it's not started etc..
Ideas?
