[squid-users] redirect to web page validate then surf

I am using squid 2.5 stable1. What would be the squid configuration to let us authenticate via radius and pass only radius validated users.

So, all users connect and are redirected to a set page. Then verify on the page, through radius and are allowed to surf the net.

Is this possible.
