Hello Talha,

Yes i compiled squid with aufs with "--with-pthreads"

and in squid conf its is
cache_dir aufs /cache 65535 32 256

FYI my processor is also thread enabled
Dell PowerEdge 2650
Dual 1.8 GHz/512 Xeon processors with NetBurst Micro-architecture with
Hyper-Threading technology
