11.16 ``Hot Mail'' complains about: Intrusion Logged. Access denied.
``Hot Mail'' is proxy-unfriendly and requires all requests to come from
the same IP address. You can fix this by adding to your squid.conf:
hierarchy_stoplist hotmail.com
