[squid-users] Told squid to not cache, but it still is

I have the following in my config file:

acl oursite dstdomain niesc.k12.in.us
no_cache deny oursite

But Squid still cache's niesc.k12.in.us. Did I miss the syntax somewhere?

Squid 2.5Stable1
Linux 2.4.20ac2 w/glibc 2.2.5
Mozilla 1.2.1, 1.3, Netscape 6.2, 7.0, IE 5.5sp2, 6.0sp1
