Yes, that's right. This is my config below:

acl all src 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0
http_access allow all
#http_port 80
https_port 443 cert=/keys/key.pem
httpd_accel_host ip.address.of.exchange.srvr
httpd_accel_port 80
httpd_accel_single_host on
httpd_accel_with_proxy off
httpd_accel_uses_host_header off

What exactly do you intend to do? Could you please put the lines mean in my config?
