This is most likely because your browser is configured to bypass the
proxy for local domains. It will then ask again for the password when
requesting the icons.
There is two ways to solve this:
a) Reconfigure the browser to still use the proxy when requesting
http://myproxy.com.ar/...
b) Reconfigure your Squid to not require authentication on requests for
/squid-internal-static/...
acl icons urlpath_regex ^/squid-internal-static/
http_access allow localnetwork icons
