Maybe the ip_wccp v2 kernel module has problems with the endianness of
Sparc.

I have not looked at the ip_wccp v2 kernel module, but any statement
which reads 16 or 32 bit values from the packet header need to use ntohs
and ntohl respectively for converting the data between host and network
byte order, and any network related constants within the module need to
use normal byte order.
