[squid-users] Plz help me......i am getting Page refresh error....on different sites.

hi all

i am using SquidNT 2.3 on my Windows NT Server ..... all of my users
recieved page refresh error when they submit a form on a site.......
its a information form.& when they press.i Agree they recieved page refresh
 error...i have checked my access.log file & found that entry ....its the
address where page refresh error accoured...
I am facing this problem on many sites....& i am sure its a squid
configuration problem......can any one help me.......which option i can
check in Squid.conf.......or how can i solved this problem....
