  I've installed the two external_acl patches for 2.5STABLE2;
still getting false negatives:

2003/04/15 10:37:15| aclMatchAclList: returning 0

No reply=OK or reply=ERR logged. The IP does _not_ appear in the
ACL checker log, so looks like ACL checker was not queried.
