Bad idea.
It is much better to tell mrtg to speak to Squid on the Squid port.
See the MRTG configuration reference on how to tell MRTG which port
to speak to.
Making Squid run SNMP on the official port makes it impossible to run
a system SNMP daemon on the same server.
