[squid-users] 2 proxies

Hi

First of all sorry for my english.
I have a little problem.
At our company has 2 proxy server. One is here and the other is in other city.
We can not connect directly to the net, we have to connect to the other proxy.
Now we're using ms proxy, but we want to change it to linux+squid.
All users can use the net.
How can I configure squid to send a specified user name (always the same) and pass to the other proxy?
The other proxy authenticates our proxy not our users.

Please help me.
