Why do you copy the OpenLDAP headers and libraries into the Squid build
directory? It is better to have these in their default locations..
If your default locations is not in the system standard search patch for
includes and libraries then you may need to modify
helpers/external/ldap_group/Makefile after running configure to include
the paths to where the OpenLDAP headers and libraries can be found, just
as you need for compiling any other LDAP enabled program using
OpenLDAP..
