[squid-users] ICQ question

Hello Squid-Admins!

I have some users that are using the ICQ Lite and they are having
problem with some strange ICQ user that are sending strange and
sometimes offending messages to them.. One way is to use the
black list in icq but can i lock out a ICQ number using the squid?
