That was for testing purpose. Even if i use default one, it does the same
thing. It looks like that there is some problem while release and sawping out
( writting data back to disk )...

You have a very large cache_mem.. is this intentional?
It may cause your Squid server to start using swap, which will degrade
performance significantly.
