Hi,

I am running Squid 2.4 Stable 6 with Squidguard on a RedHat 7.2 Machine and
struck problems with the Log File Size exceeding the VAR\LOG partition.
Rather then mess with the size of the partion i modified the squid.conf and
created new swap files in another partition. This all works well (including
the log files) but now the log files will not rotate. Issuing the Rotate
command does nothing also. Beforehand every 7 days a log rotate was done
automatically eg. cache.0, cache.1 etc.

Can anyone pls advise how to fix this as these log files are getting huge ?

Regards,

Greg
