[squid-users] Not squid specific but needed for squid acls

My company doesn't allow all people to access the internet.
I disagree with this not writen rule and had given access to
the internet for all people using a cascaded squid proxy for
several hours a day.
I hadve so been forbidden access to the internet for a while.
Now, I have access from only one host and have given access
to all users for tunisian (.tn), universities (.edu) and some
professionnal sites.
Now, users are requesting access to other sites and I want to
give them access to all sites hosted by tunisian providers,
as these are subject to strict rules on what they can
host/publish on their servers and do not host illegal/porn
sites.

What I need is how to know the ip subnets that are assigned
to tunisia if possible.
For now, I will be using www.netcraft.com. Is there a better
way ?

TIA
