If you are having a low load on your Squid (<30 requests/s) then ufs
is often faster than diskd/aufs, but it cannot handle by far as high
load as diskd or aufs. In Squid versions prior to 2.5.STABLE2 this
was very noticeable on aufs where performance of cache hits sometimes
was very slow unless there was many other requests at the same time..
