Note: A small error has been detected in 2.5.STABLE3 which causes it
to segfault immediately on startup if more than one custom deny_info
message is defined in squid.conf. See the Squid-2.5 patches page
<url:http://www.squid-cache.org/Versions/v2/2.5/bugs/#STABLE3> for a
patch.
