Real Audio (and video)

Microsoft Media Player (i think)

Various MP3 "streaming" players

and many more.

but none uses HTTP in such manner to allow caching of the data stream as
HTTP data.

Exception: A few players allow direct playback of media files downloaded
via HTTP. Not technically media streaming but the effect is similar. In
such case the data is often cacheable.
