[squid-users] Load Balancing

Hi,

I have two instances of squid-2.5-STABLE3 running on same dual-processor
machine under RH AS 2.1 (2.4.9-e.25). Everything works great. I would
like to optimize hit ratio and have a following
questions:

Is it possible to configure squid-es with a cross referencing access to
cache directories, f.e.:

Squid #1
cache_dir aufs /cache1 30000 46 256
cache_dir aufs /cache2 30000 46 256 read-only

Squid #2
cache_dir aufs /cache1 30000 46 256 read-only
cache_dir aufs /cache2 30000 46 256

I haven't tried to do it. Any suggestions?
