[squid-users] What went wrong??

I thought all was ok from this line in ma acl
acl all src 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0
http_access deny all
netstart -n | more shows me parasite ips
tcp 0 969 xx.xx.xx.xx:38554 yy.yy.yy.yy:80 ESTABLISHED xx= my squid box
yy= parasite box do you think this line is the culprit
acl Safe_ports 80 21 443 563 70 210 1025-65535?? coz my comrade added this line
