[squid-users] squid with QoS

Hi all,
I've been using squid for quite some time. Recently I study some traffic
management document over the internet. do you guys think if implement the
*huge* IP traffic queue in the "evil" transparent squid box will improve the
performance for slow connection users? or this have to do it in my router or
switch.
