Actually this needs some additional details.
After defining the external_acl_type name you need to define an acl using
this new type and giving the LDAP group you want to look for. The
external_acl_type only defines how to query LDAP for user group
membership, not which group to query.
Also there is no need for the USERS acl in such setup.
