Since your problem is a RedHat packaging dependency and not actually a
Squid problem, I would recommend one of the following:
1) Ask RedHat support or the RedHat forums
2) Use rpmfind.net to lookup those missing libraries and install the
relevant RPMs
3) Install a 2.5STABLE release from source
