I went through the steps as outlined, and it worked fine (I can see
both frames). I have IE 5 SP3 on Windows 2000 Pro SP3 through Squid
2.5STABLE4.
You could try upgrading to STABLE4 to see if the problem persists. It
could also be a bug in IE 6.
