This is Squid-2.4 syntax. You need to use Squid-2.5 syntax when using
Squid-2.5.

See the Squid-2.5 release notes for instructions on what differs between
Squid-2.4 and Squid-2.5. squid.conf.default also has examples on Squid-2.5
syntax, and so does the Squid FAQ chapter on authentication.
