I have made a command test, here is the output --- begin --- # /usr/local/bin/smb_auth -W MSRS -d firstname.lastname mypassword Domain name: MYDOMAIN Pass-through authentication: no Query address options: Domain controller IP address: 10.151.1.1 Domain controller NETBIOS name: SFCTRS1 Contents of //SFCTRS1/NETLOGON/proxyauth: ERR username password Domain name: MYDOMAIN Pass-through authentication: no Query address options: Domain controller IP address: 10.151.1.2 Domain controller NETBIOS name: SFCTRS2 Contents of //SFCTRS2/NETLOGON/proxyauth: allow OK --- end --- First test with my username (username with dot) and Admin privileges.
