There probably is somewher, but none has been submitted to the Squid
developers. But it would looks almost identical except that the setsockopt
call uses IP_TOS instead of IP_OPTIONS. See the existing calls for
IP_TOS, "man setsockopt" and "man 7 ip" for examples. Only a very little
"c" knowledge and some patience is required to get this correct based on
the existing patch currently using ip options..
