[squid-users] Squid is active OR Not?

Hi,
I have installed squid fresh. Installation is O.K.
I get message [root@adssquid root]#
/usr/local/squid/sbin/squid

My cache.log is as follows in file

But I am not getting any message in
file"/usr/local/squid/var/logs/cache.log"

Also no acl's are working.

Please help me
