If you only want to check the file suffixes you can you ACLs with
regular expressions. However often enough it's complicated to find the
right syntax. People can easily add a '?' at the end and thus bypass
your security.

More secure would be checking for magic bytes also. But IMHO Squid does
not support that, yet.
