Sure. I must admit that I was not sure whether the CONNECT_ports were
mentioned in the original squid.conf or if it's a customisation on our
side.

This is what I was thinking about (blocks access to TCP ports 1234, 2345,
3456 and 4567 on web servers via the proxy):

acl blocked_ports port 1234 2345 3456 4567
http_access deny blocked_ports
