It seems to me that something else is using the space in that
partition. Think about it: the partition size is almost 4GB and
your logs complain about shrinking the cache_dir size to 2.8GB
and write errors. First of all, do you keep your logs on the same
partition? If you do, move them away ASAP. If you don't, then
umount /cache and fsck /dev/sda5 ASAP :)
