Greetings to all

We have got a very serious issue in our hands and as far as i know it is
impossible but my knowledge is imperfect and very limited. So i am turning to
the SQUID GURUS for any possible guidance and help.
We are a mid-sized dial-up internet service provider in the city of QUETTA-
Pakistan. Quetta is located very near to Afghanistan border and due to its
geographical location and tribal society; it has got a very important
position in the war against terrorism. Our local law enforcement authorities
are somehow convinced that the terrorists (or some unwanted personals or
organizations) are using dial-up services to communicate and co-ordinate
their activities. They have asked us to trace/monitor/log/intercept/and if
possible capture the transcripts mails and messenger chats of some hotmail
and yahoo's accounts. All hey have got are some hotmail and yahoo IDs and
they are now relying on us to do the rest. as far as i know there’s no way
that we can do all that by monitoring the squid's access logs but i want to
have your opinions and want to know if there is some thing or any thing that
we can do to support the good guys.
Our network setup is as follows

Dial-up user ====> NAS ====> Router ====> internet
                               |
              Only http traffic|
            redirected to squid|
                               |
                          Squid proxy

Best Regards
