Squid can not as it has no knowledge of what the http request read like.
The only way that Squid can get the http request is if the browser sends
it as a http request to Squid.

But I know certain browsers have bugs causing them to send a http request
if recently connected using http even if https is requested... this has
been observed with some versions of Netscape Communicator.
