Where can I get squid binaries for windows??
I used the cachemgr.cgi from my linux install though.. should make no
difference, does it?

This songs very strange, the cachemgr sources are stable from 3 years.

How do you build your binaries ?

Please try with the "official" binary build of Squid for Windows.
