The patch is for the squid source, I got it from http://devel.squid-
cache.org/projects.html and in the WCCP Version 2.0 Support part,
http://devel.squid-cache.org/cgi-bin/diff2/visolve_wccpv2-s2_5.patch?
s2_5.

When i compile and make it, in the squid.conf it says wccp_router2
0.0.0.0 if squid was compile with the --enable-wccpv2 flag.
