[squid-users] "The cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL"

Hi all,

Would appreciate some help from the experts:

Currently I am having a child proxy to chain to parent proxy. However I see
errors when I test it on the web browser.

While trying to retrieve the URL: <http://www.mozilla.org/>

The following error was encountered:

        Unable to determine IP address from host name for www.mozilla.org

The dnsserver returned:

        Name Error: The domain name does not exist.

This means that:

 The cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL.
 Check if the address is correct.

Your cache administrator is webmaster <mailto:webmaster>.

The configuration in the child proxy is:

cache_peer 192.168.0.10 parent 8080 3130 default

What could be the errors?
