Just thinking... I am not a specialist...
Have you been able to compile anything on that machine ?
Because it looks like either you don't have a compiler installed, either
it's not an acceptable version to compile squid.

I'am newbie in Squid, and right now i want to try to compiling squid, but i
have a problem when running ./configure......
