Squid 2.5STABLE5 on FreeBSD 4.6.2 (working on upgrading this)

Squid is compiled with snmp.

Any ideas on where to start?

I read something about incompatibilities with a Symantec virus
scanner... we have the Squid box forwarding all requests to a Trend
Micro AV proxy server. Could this be causing the problem?
